
A detox smoothie that will cure your hangover after the first sip.
INGREDIENTS
2 large kale leaves, torn
1 medium banana
1 cup mixed berries, frozen
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon spirulina
10 tablespoons almond milk (original, unsweetened preferred)
METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on high until combined and seeds finely crushed, pausing to scrap down the sides as needed.
3. Pour into a glass to serve. Enjoy!
